Terms and conditions
The terms for using Neeim’s website and delivery marketplace, with ordering, payments, conduct and support explained in English and Arabic.
Effective date:
1. Scope and the service
These terms describe use of the Neeim website and customer-facing delivery marketplace. Neeim connects customers with participating merchants and couriers, provides ordering and coordination tools, and supports the handling of order issues. Merchant and courier participation may also be governed by separate onboarding and commercial agreements. Those agreements are not replaced by this page. Read the terms and policies that are presented to you before confirming an order.
2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate account and delivery information and use only an account you are entitled to control. Protect your sign-in method and report suspected unauthorised access. Never share a one-time verification code with someone claiming to be a courier or asking to arrange a refund. You are responsible for the instructions you submit, subject to applicable law and the investigation of unauthorised activity. Where an account or transaction requires an adult or an authorised business representative, those requirements must be met.
3. Listings, stock and product information
Merchants supply their offerings, prices and product information and are responsible for what they prepare or supply. Stock and options may change. Images are illustrative unless the listing says otherwise. Check quantities, sizes and important notes. For allergies, ingredients, compatibility or regulated products, obtain the necessary information from the merchant before ordering. Neeim does not provide medical advice or guarantee suitability merely by displaying a listing.
4. Placing and confirming an order
Review the merchant, items, options, delivery details and amount before submitting. An acknowledgement is distinct from merchant acceptance and later fulfilment stages. If the merchant must confirm a price, quantity or replacement, review that change through the supported process. Do not assume that an unconfirmed message changes the accepted order. Each merchant’s order may be confirmed and delivered separately.
5. Prices, fees and offers
Applicable prices and charges are displayed with the order, including any supported delivery fee, service charge and discount. Currency is shown in the relevant order details. Offers may be limited by time, customer eligibility, store, item, spend, availability or usage limits. A promotional banner is not proof that an offer applies to every order. The actual checkout or confirmed order result determines the eligible discount. Optional tips must be distinguished from required charges.
6. Payment and transfer verification
Pay using the methods and receiving details shown for the particular order. For a transfer, check the recipient, amount and reference, and submit the requested confirmation through the payment flow. An uploaded screenshot is information for verification, not an automatic declaration that funds arrived. Do not submit altered or reused evidence. Never send bank credentials or additional money to a personal contact who claims payment or refund processing requires it. Contact support when the payment result remains unclear.
7. Delivery, cancellation and remedies
Delivery estimates can change and are not unconditional deadlines. Provide a usable address and be reachable for handoff. Cancellation options depend on the order stage; contact support when self-service cancellation is not available. Cancellation, a refund decision and completed financial settlement are separate. The Delivery Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy provide further detail. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly with relevant evidence. Nothing here excludes remedies that the law makes mandatory.
8. Conduct, security and restrictions
Treat merchants, couriers, support staff and other users respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders or payment evidence, misuse another person’s identity, threaten safety, evade lawful restrictions or interfere with the platform. Access or orders may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, a safety issue or a breach of the applicable terms. Contact support to ask for review of an apparent mistake. A restriction does not itself settle an outstanding payment or remove rights that remain applicable.
9. Content and third-party links
The Neeim name, platform design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service as intended, but not misrepresent affiliation or copy protected material beyond what permission or law allows. Links to app stores, social profiles or payment providers take you to services with their own terms and privacy notices. Verify the destination before sharing information.
10. Availability and responsibility
Neeim works to keep the service available but interruptions can occur. Communications outages, road access, weather, safety conditions and third-party services can affect operation. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under the applicable transaction and law. No statement on this page is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to remove mandatory consumer protections. A general service description does not replace an express commitment made for a particular order.
11. Questions, disputes and changes
Contact Neeim support with the order reference or account issue so the matter can be reviewed. Keep the response and payment references for your records. Applicable law determines any rights, jurisdiction or complaint routes that cannot be changed by agreement. Updated terms will identify their effective date; a change should not be read as silently rewriting a completed transaction. Read the published version that applies when you use the service.
