How Neeim handles account, order, delivery and support information, and the choices available to you.

Effective date:

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice explains the personal information used to operate Neeim’s website and customer, merchant and courier services. The operating entity and contact details published with this notice identify the organisation responsible for the platform. Merchants, banks and other third parties may have their own responsibilities for information they receive or collect independently. Their own notices also apply to their services.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use Neeim, this can include your name, contact details, account sign-in information, saved delivery addresses, destination pin, recipient details, order items and notes, payment method and transfer reference, the confirmation image you submit, ratings and support communications. Merchant and courier onboarding may require additional business, identity, vehicle or eligibility documents. Provide only information relevant to the requested process.

3. Operational and technical information

The platform records order states and relevant timestamps, payment-review outcomes, delivery assignments and information needed to operate and secure accounts. Technical data can include app or browser version, device and connection information, error reports and security-related identifiers. Courier location is used for relevant online and delivery functions. Customer location permissions and a selected destination help establish the delivery address; the availability of location features depends on device settings and the app.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to create and protect accounts; present available services; receive, confirm, prepare and deliver orders; verify payments; calculate relevant fees and discounts; provide updates and support; investigate disputes, abuse or suspected fraud; improve reliability; and maintain records required for legitimate operational, accounting and legal purposes. Information should be limited to what is appropriate for the relevant purpose.

5. Who receives relevant information

A merchant receives information needed to fulfil and support its orders. An assigned courier receives the destination and contact details needed for the delivery. Authorised Neeim staff access information according to their operational responsibilities. Technology providers support hosting, authentication, storage, application updates, notifications and mapping. Payment recipients and financial providers handle information needed for a payment or refund. Information may also be disclosed when necessary for a lawful request, the protection of safety or the resolution of a dispute. Access to a screen cannot guarantee that another recipient is technically unable to copy what they can see.

6. Offers, sponsored content and external profiles

Neeim can display its own promotions and labelled sponsored placements for participating businesses. Eligibility can depend on a campaign’s schedule, service, platform and stated rules. Relevant views or interactions may be recorded for campaign measurement according to the enabled features. Public social-profile links take you to another service; its operator can receive normal request information when you follow the link. Website verification tags used by search engines are not, by themselves, advertising pixels. Any additional tracking integration should be described before it is enabled.

7. Storage, retention and security

Neeim uses access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained according to their purpose, outstanding orders or disputes, fraud-prevention needs and applicable obligations. Deletion or anonymisation of account information does not necessarily erase every transaction record, audit entry, backup or third-party record immediately. Sensitive uploads should be supplied only through the designated private workflow; public website images and published articles are public content.

8. Your choices and requests

Use the account settings and device permissions available to you to manage profile details, saved addresses, notifications and location access. Eligible customer accounts can use the account-deletion flow. An active order or unresolved transaction may need to be addressed first. You may contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable rights and necessary identity checks. Turning off a permission can affect features that depend on it.

9. Children, changes and contact

Merchant and courier participation requires the eligibility described during onboarding. The service is not intended to collect information from children in a manner contrary to applicable requirements. Contact support if you believe an account or upload involves a child without appropriate authority. This notice identifies its effective date and may be updated to reflect changes in the service or obligations. Use the published contact details or the Help controls in the appropriate app for a privacy question.
