More than a delivery app. A connected commerce platform for Sudan.

Neeim brings together customer ordering, merchant operations, courier workflows and an administrative Command Center. These distinct tools share an operational foundation so that discovery, order decisions, delivery coordination and oversight can work together.

WHAT PEOPLE MEAN BY A SUPER APP

Multi-service convenience, backed by connected operations.

A super app generally brings several services together within a connected digital experience. Neeim follows a delivery-and-commerce ecosystem model: food, groceries and supported local essentials for customers, plus dedicated Merchant, Courier and Command Center tools. It does not claim to provide ride-hailing, a stored-value wallet, nationwide fulfillment or every service found in other super apps.

THE CUSTOMER APP

Discover, choose, order and follow progress.

The Customer app supports address-based discovery of participating restaurants, grocery merchants, pharmacies and other supported shops. Customers review menus or catalogs, select item options, use their delivery pin and local landmarks, review order pricing and eligible offers, and follow available order and courier updates. Service availability is determined by the selected address and actual merchant and courier coverage.

MERCHANT APP AND WEB PORTAL

A working system for participating stores.

Approved merchants can work with store catalogs, categories, products, prices, availability and order handling. The Merchant app and authenticated web portal connect to the same approved store records. Operational views include order queues and reporting where data and permissions permit; application submission alone does not activate a store.

COURIER APP AND ASSIGNMENT

Delivery work, navigation and status with approval controls.

Neeim includes courier application and approval workflows, assignment and dispatch coordination, location-aware map and navigation components, and delivery-stage updates. Actual GPS visibility, assignment and route guidance depend on permitted location data, network conditions and an active eligible order. Registration does not guarantee approval or jobs.

NEEIM COMMAND CENTER

The operations behind the customer experience.

The Command Center codebase contains administrative workspaces for orders, dispatch, couriers, merchant applications, catalog management, payment review, refunds, marketing, customer support controls, role-based access, audits and operational insights. These are controlled administrative capabilities—not public claims of automated performance, 24/7 coverage or specific transaction volumes.

BUILT FOR LOCAL CONDITIONS

Landmarks, changing availability and transparent order decisions.

Neeim is designed for local address details, bilingual Arabic and English experiences and real-world changes to store availability and fees. A capability visible in source code is not proof that a feature is enabled for every user. For current coverage, catalog items, payment methods and delivery fees, check the live Customer app at the selected address.
