How Neeim works

Place the delivery pin accurately and add the area, building or entrance details and a recognisable nearby landmark. Confirm the recipient’s phone number. The app uses the selected location to show current service options; changing the location may change availability or fees.

Select the merchant and items, review quantities and available options, and read important item notes. A bag is associated with its merchant. Separate merchant orders can have separate confirmations, fees, couriers and arrival times; do not assume that several orders will be delivered together.

Review the items, delivery fees, other displayed charges and eligible discounts. Use only the payment methods and receiving details shown for that order. When a merchant needs to confirm the final price, review the revised amount before making the payment.

An acknowledgement means the platform has received the request; acceptance, preparation, pickup and completion are separate stages. Follow the status in the app. Estimated arrival times can change, and live location depends on the courier’s connection and available location updates.

Be reachable when the courier approaches. Check the order and packaging when practical and report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly through order support. Keep the order reference and relevant evidence. Do not consume an item you reasonably believe is unsafe while waiting for a response.
