Accessibility
Neeim’s approach to readable, keyboard-accessible, bilingual web content and reporting access barriers.
An inclusive experience
We aim to make Neeim easier to read and use across different devices and needs. The website uses structured headings, labelled controls, visible focus, image descriptions and English and Arabic content. This is an accessibility commitment, not a claim that every part of the service has been independently certified as conforming to a particular standard.
Reading and navigating
Use the language switch to open the equivalent page, your browser’s text-size or zoom controls for comfortable reading, and the keyboard to move through links and controls. Page sections have stable links where possible. Content should remain understandable when optional motion is reduced.
Report a barrier
If a screen prevents you from completing a task, contact support and include the page or screen, device, browser or app version, assistive technology if relevant, and the step that failed. Describe the result you need. Avoid sending private order or payment information in a public social comment.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility work continues as content and features change. Where a third-party app store, banking app or external website is involved, that provider controls its own experience. Tell us which part of the Neeim journey caused difficulty so the correct team can investigate.
