Jenan helps customers search NEEIM, compare pieces, understand product details, explore styling ideas, and narrow a shopping decision. It can also prepare a cart action for review.
How answers are made
Jenan combines the question you ask with relevant NEEIM product, collection, policy, and page information. Some responses are written by generative AI. That makes the conversation flexible, but it also means an answer can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
For price, stock, ingredients, measurements, care, delivery, returns, and checkout totals, review the current product page or policy. Those sources control over a conversational answer.
Information used
Jenan uses the messages you send, the product or page you are viewing, and preferences you choose to share. Technical information needed to deliver and secure the conversation can also be processed. Messages may be logged for reliability, security, quality review, and service improvement.
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, one-time codes, government identifiers, medical records, or information unrelated to shopping.
Customer control
Jenan may suggest or prepare an action, but it does not complete a purchase or make a material cart change without the confirmation required by the NEEIM experience. You can ignore a recommendation, change the question, continue browsing, or shop without Jenan.
Limits and safe use
Jenan is a shopping advisor, not a medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency service. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, guarantee allergy suitability, authenticate an item, or decide whether a product meets a religious, professional, or regulated requirement.
Corrections and feedback
If an answer looks wrong, report it through the available feedback control or email support@neeim.com. Include the product or page and the part of the response that needs review.
