What Find Your Match does
Find Your Match is an optional beauty-discovery tool. It narrows products by comparing the answers you choose with current NEEIM catalog information such as shade descriptions, finish, coverage, texture, ingredients, claims, category, and availability.
Information you choose
You may be asked about undertone, complexion range, skin type, skin concerns, preferred coverage or finish, routine goals, sensitivities, ingredient preferences, and products or shades you already use. You can skip the tool, change an answer, or restart at any time.
No camera or face scan
The current Find Your Match experience does not open your camera, upload a face image, measure facial geometry, or create a biometric template. If NEEIM later offers an image-based feature, we will present a separate explanation and choice before any image is collected.
Shade and product limits
Lighting, screen settings, camera processing, application method, oxidation, undertone interpretation, batch variation, and formula changes can affect the result. A digital match cannot guarantee an exact shade, finish, texture, or real-world appearance.
Product pages and the packaging received with an order are the controlling sources for the current formula, ingredient list, directions, warnings, and claims.
Skin safety
Find Your Match is a shopping aid, not medical or dermatological advice. It does not determine whether a product is safe for an allergy, pregnancy, prescription treatment, medical condition, or highly sensitive skin. Follow product directions and patch-testing guidance. Stop use and seek appropriate help if a reaction occurs.
