Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of neeim.com, customer accounts, website content, communications, and purchases made from NEEIM. Throughout these Terms, “NEEIM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the customer-facing online retailer operating the Services. “You” means the person accessing the Services or placing an order.

By using the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. About NEEIM

NEEIM is an online retailer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. We curate fashion, modest dress, accessories, jewelry, bags, footwear, beauty, wellness, and related editorial content.

Some products may be supplied, stored, packaged, or dispatched by approved brands, manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfillment providers. NEEIM remains the customer-facing retailer and ordinary support contact for purchases made on neeim.com.

The store is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce, checkout, payment, account, security, and related infrastructure.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. A person who has not reached the age of legal majority should use the Services only with the authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and account use. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying NEEIM promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.

3. Product information

We work to present products accurately. Product titles, descriptions, materials, ingredients, measurements, sizing, color, care information, imagery, origin, compatibility, packaging, and availability are based on information reasonably available when published.

Color can vary by screen and lighting. Handmade, natural, embellished, or batch-produced products may show reasonable differences in texture, pattern placement, finish, measurements, or packaging. These ordinary variations do not override rights concerning a product that is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description.

Where information is supplied by a brand, manufacturer, or supplier, NEEIM may identify or rely on that source. We do not convert unverified assumptions into product claims.

4. Beauty and wellness information

Beauty and wellness content is provided for general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Review all ingredient lists, directions, warnings, allergy information, and product-specific instructions before use.

Individual results vary. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or medical conditions should consult an appropriate professional where needed.

5. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and at checkout. For the United States market, prices are presented in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before payment. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose independent fees.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or another authorized provider. NEEIM does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

We may correct an obvious pricing, calculation, or listing error where permitted by law. When an error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation at the correct price or cancel the affected item and return any captured payment.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean the order has been accepted.

Before acceptance, we may verify payment authorization, inventory, address information, shipping eligibility, order limits, and fraud or security indicators. We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, payment failure, inaccurate information, geographic restriction, suspected fraud or abuse, duplicate activity, legal restriction, or an identified product or pricing error.

When NEEIM cancels an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

7. Cancellation requests and order changes

You may submit a cancellation request within 15 minutes after placing an order. A request does not automatically cancel the order and can be approved only when processing, fulfillment, or shipment has not begun.

Use the cancellation option on the order-status page when available or email support@neeim.com immediately with your order number and Cancellation Request in the subject line.

Changes to products, sizes, colors, quantities, or delivery addresses cannot be guaranteed after submission. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Orders generally require 2–5 business days for processing. Standard carrier transit within the United States is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, for an ordinary combined estimate of 5–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, carrier disruption, address problems, security review, high-volume periods, and circumstances outside reasonable control can extend delivery.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different approved locations and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Do not send an item to the address on its shipping label unless NEEIM Customer Care specifically authorizes that address. The correct return destination can vary by product and fulfillment partner.

NEEIM does not currently process direct exchanges. For another size, color, or style, return the eligible original item and place a new order.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to dates, inventory, geography, product exclusions, minimum spend, customer eligibility, or separate terms. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

We may refuse misuse, automated acquisition, manipulation, reseller abuse, or activity inconsistent with the stated promotion.

11. Reviews and customer submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, question, or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

You grant NEEIM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and use the submission in connection with operating, improving, and promoting NEEIM, subject to applicable privacy law and any narrower terms presented when the content is submitted.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or contains confidential or sensitive information.

12. Intellectual property

The NEEIM name, logos, wordmarks, original copy, graphics, photographs, video, page design, editorial concepts, collection presentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NEEIM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No purchase transfers intellectual-property ownership. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mirror, sell, license, commercially exploit, or use NEEIM content to imply authorization or affiliation without written permission.

Third-party product names, marks, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with website, account, cart, checkout, payment, or security functions;
• attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s credentials or personal information;
• circumvent purchase limits, security controls, consent mechanisms, geographic restrictions, or availability controls;
• use automated systems to disrupt inventory, manipulate demand, scrape protected content, or burden the Services;
• submit false payment, identity, address, return, refund, or chargeback information.

We may restrict access, refuse transactions, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable action to protect customers, NEEIM, service providers, and legal rights.

14. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, review tools, analytics services, social platforms, or other third parties. Their independent terms and privacy notices may apply. NEEIM does not control every third-party service or guarantee its continuous availability.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices. Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords, banking passwords, or one-time authentication codes through ordinary email or social-media messaging.

16. Website availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, cybersecurity events, high demand, legal requirements, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access.

We may update content, features, collections, categories, prices, or availability. A change will not be used to avoid obligations already owed under an accepted order or mandatory law.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and non-product informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. Products remain subject to any express warranty stated by NEEIM or the manufacturer and to mandatory warranties, guarantees, and remedies under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEEIM and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEEIM’s aggregate liability arising from a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid to NEEIM for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect NEEIM and its service providers from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful content you submit. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify NEEIM for NEEIM’s own unlawful conduct.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer law in your place of residence may apply and remain available to you.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt a good-faith resolution.

21. General provisions

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms, the policies linked from them, and transaction-specific terms presented at checkout form the agreement concerning use of the Services and purchases from NEEIM.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service reasons. The effective date identifies the current version. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a change is required by law or agreed by the parties.
