What to Include in a Styling Request
Clear context produces a more useful answer. Include:
- the product link or exact product name;
- the occasion, climate, or setting;
- your preferred level of coverage and layering;
- relevant measurements when asking about fit;
- the colors or pieces already in your wardrobe;
- the shoes or accessories you plan to wear.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
How Live Sessions Will Be Announced
When a live session is scheduled, its date, platform, subject, and access instructions will be published through official NEEIM store channels. A session is not confirmed unless it appears through neeim.com or an authenticated NEEIM account.
Live-session topics may include new abaya edits, tonal styling, fit and proportion, hijab pairings, occasion dressing, material care, or a focused product comparison.
Shopping and Payment Safety
NEEIM will not ask customers to send complete payment-card information, passwords, banking credentials, or one-time security codes during a live presentation, email exchange, or social-media message.
Orders should be completed through the secure checkout on neeim.com. Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are presented through the storefront and checkout.
